Disaster Recovery Automation & Management (DRAM):
Appnomic Systems provides a unique solution for the automation of Disaster Recovery Automation & Management by extending a comprehensive approach to implement and maintain.
Our DRAM solution provides flexibility in IT BCP SOP creation which in turn automatically creates the recovery SOP. It understands application level dependencies and verifies any environmental changes which affect the application recovery.
Other than pure play automation and monitoring of Recovery SLAs, it also provides a flexible process flow editor with reusable widgets to make life simpler for the operations team.
Forensics & Auto-Remedial:
While AppsOne enables the user to view the alerts when a component KPI is violated, OpsOne has the capability to investigate and fetch the forensic data by performing a deep-dive, enabling us to infer the root cause of the alerts generated. A forensic action typically includes the following sequence of events:
- AppsOne generates an early-warning-based or a static-threshold- based alert.
- The alert triggers an appropriate forensic action configured in OpsOne.
- OpsOne executes the forensic action on the monitored server and collects the diagnostic data.
- OpsOne sends the collected diagnostic data back to AppsOne.
- AppsOne receives the collected diagnostic data and enriches the alert with forensic details.
Through its automation module, OpsOne triggers automated workflows that perform restoration or remedial actions to address the performance issues as they occur.
AML is a module that provides an extensible platform for investigation by harnessing data for insights, foresights and data.
AML supports both structured and unstructured data input, data ingestion using purpose-specific ontologies, chat-bot interface with NLP, Robotic Process Automation in response to Rules Engine execution.
In addition, AML also provides supervised machine-learning, which incorporates feedback from SME to teach the rest of the platform.
Application Flow Map:
This module provides an end-to-end application centric environment and performs dependency checks on each layer of the application stack. This is achieved by monitoring install binaries, logs and configuration entries.
Based on the application transaction flow, identification and validation of all the infrastructure points is performed in relation to earlier baselines. Infrastructure changes like unavailability of multipath and redundancy will be identified and alerted. Application – Infrastructure based fault resilience will be tested. In addition, detection of application data flow across all layers is done dynamically, leading to the plotting of a topology map to monitor traffic inflow and outflow.
Transaction Tracing & Stitching:
Transaction tracing and stitching is a framework for effective monitoring of business transactions. By effective, we mean:
